It is instructed to answer only from the knowledge you add, and to say it is not sure — then offer to connect the visitor with your team — when the answer is not there. It will not invent prices, policies or phone numbers.

Yes, on Starter and above. Visitors can ask to talk to a person, and any agent can take over a live chat from the inbox and hand it back to the AI when done.

Data is stored on AWS in Mumbai and encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is isolated, and your conversations are never used to train AI models. With the default Fast model, AI processing also stays in India.
